OUR CAT LUCY IS GONE ,DIED , left our planet after AFTER 18 years. She was my husband's best friend and a companion for our daughter, Jasmine,when her 3 siblings went off to college. Our family had an in person care conference ,at our home, a few weeks ago with Dr Donna Craig, to make a decision about Lucy .We decided, under Dr Craig's guidance, to wait, changed her diet,and added pain medication to see if her condition will improve. Lucy continued to decline ,Dr Craig was called again and, the painful but humane, decision was made, to euthanize her, our beautiful, sometimes mean cat. She had a drastic decline mentally and physically .We noted that,over the years, she became blind, deaf, weak, incontinent, could not ambulate ,stopped eating, could not take in fluids, and could not use her litter box etc. We are pleased to say Dr Craig is of the best veterinarians we have ever met..She is kind ,compassionate ,affordable, professional and a skilled doctor who led us through the process step-by-step . Lucy, lived a great life, and was a beautiful spoiled ,loved pet. We did everything to keep her comfortable and happy....our family highly recommends Dr Craig and her staff at outback mobile vet.
