Dr. Donna will arrive as closely to your scheduled appointment time as traffic and other circumstances allow. Please allow for a 15 min window on either side of the appointment time. We will call or text if she will be delayed more than 15 min., so please keep phone handy so we can contact you if needed.
Please be sure to leave a path in the driveway for the doctor’s car for removal of large pets if cremation has been requested.
We understand that emergencies unexpectedly do occur, but if your pet passes on his/her own or you feel he/she needs to be taken to a veterinary facility prior to our appointment, we ask that you give us a MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS NOTICE. This will allow other pets in need to use this appointment time. Without such notice, we reserve the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee.
If your pet passes and you are wanting aftercare arrangements, please feel free to call us for instructions/assistance. Alternately you may call Pet Passages at 321-254-3333.
Finally, it is our goal to make this experience and procedure as peaceful and unrushed as possible. The doctor normally takes care of paperwork and payment upon arrival and then will provide a description of the process and answer any questions before proceeding. We understand this is a very emotional and difficult time for all involved. Please let us know if you have any additional needs or questions so we can make this as easy as possible for you.
