Tonka was a sweet little Boston/Pug mix. He was rescued from a pug rescue in Miami when he was 4 years old. He quickly adapted to his brother, Bruno, and found he loved living his best life in his new home. Although his “Daddy” died in 2014, he loved his “Mummy” and all the treats and “babies” (stuffed toys) she gave him. He would carry them everywhere and often preferred sleeping with them. His favorite was “Big Baby”, his stuffed toy elephant. Although he lost an eye from exploring the bushes too closely at about 5 years old, he was never bothered about it and loved to run and explore . He liked playing “tug of war” with his brother, going for walks with Mummy and Bruno, and enchanted everyone with his constant smile and wiggly tail. Always there when the refrigerator door opened, he often enjoyed a carrot treat or a broccoli treat. He was well loved and is dearly missed.
