Normal business operation hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 10 am to 5 pm. After hours appointments are available with prior arrangement only. Because during normal business hours we are usually with clients, we are unable to answer the phone (as our business grows we hope this will change). Additionally, when traveling in between appointments it can be difficult and/or unsafe to look up pricing or provide other information during a phone call. For that reason we strongly request that you send us an email with your questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Often times we can provide quick replies during the day. If email is not an option, you are welcome to leave a voicemail, but it may be 24 to 48 hours before we return your call.
If you have an urgent need for euthanasia, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as we are able.
